Sweet, but not a dessert
A gourmand is a fragrance that borrows edible notes, vanilla, tonka, tobacco, honey and spice, without actually smelling like pudding. The trick is balance. Left alone, vanilla collapses into sugar, so the best gourmands frame it with something dry.
